Salary: $136,890 - $182,450

What you will do
- Own the successful delivery of personal lines insurance and AAA products through digital sales and service experiences.
- Implement AI, machine learning, and data analytics to drive digital experience innovation.
- Collaborate across a matrixed environment with UX/CX, IT, Strategy, and AAA Partner Clubs.
- Develop product features and delivery methods based on end-user preferences and market competitive analysis.
- Create and submit high-quality business roadmaps and conduct cost-benefit analyses (CBA).
- Monitor purchasing data and performance metrics to ensure profitable underwriting results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of increasingly responsible product management experience.
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance, including rating, underwriting, and legislative/DOI regulations.
- Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Deep understanding of the intersection between business processes and technology systems.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or certifications such as CPCU or actuarial exams.
- Certifications related to digital product delivery and AI/ML.
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud, Jutro Digital Platform (JDP), and other Guidewire applications.
