Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production frontend and backend systems, preferably for B2C applications.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS, Kinesis).
- Proficiency in OOP languages (Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, or Ruby) and relational databases.
- Must be based in the United States and operate across U.S. time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.
- Active usage of AI tools in professional engineering workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience at B2C fintech companies with millions of users.
- Background in backend systems for payments, credit, or high-scale workflows.
- Experience with schema evolution and safe data migrations (Protobuf, Avro).
