What you will do

• Partner with engineering leadership to shape long-term technical strategy and identify systemic improvement opportunities.
• Architect scalable, maintainable systems across user interfaces, backend services, and infrastructure.
• Write production-ready code for mission-critical systems, lead design discussions, and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Establish coding standards and best practices while mentoring engineers to amplify overall team output.
• Design and implement automated testing strategies to ensure long-term reliability and prevent regressions.
• Drive engineering efficiency through the adoption of modern tools and AI-enabled development platforms.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in system architecture and technical leadership roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing applications in regulated industries.
