What you will do

• Partner with Product/Design to define and build fullstack user experiences using modern frontend/backend tech.
• Own frontend/backend architecture for scalability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Lead React/Next.js/TypeScript frontend: SSR, routing, data fetching, optimization.
• Design Python/Django backend services/APIs focusing on reliability, security, scalability.
• Establish engineering standards: patterns, tooling, testing, CI/CD; drive cross-team initiatives.
• Mentor engineers, monitor metrics, identify risks/opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s+ in CS or equivalent; 4+ years fullstack experience with depth in frontend/backend.
• Strong React/Next.js/TypeScript/HTML/CSS/JS; state management, design systems, performance.
• Python/Django proficiency: REST APIs, data modeling, databases, caching, queuing.
• Experience with SSR/CSR production apps, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), SDLC best practices.
• Testing (unit/integration/E2E), observability, operational excellence.

• Experience using AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs).
