TL;DR

Location: Hybrid to SF office, 3 days per week in office

Salary: $132-$155k base, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes for technical and non-technical high-tech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership in US and Israel to understand needs and team dynamics.
• Build creative sourcing strategies to attract top diverse talent.
• Act as local ambassador to strengthen employer brand in the Bay Area.
• Deliver outstanding candidate experience reflecting company values.
• Leverage data, AI tools, and insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and collaborate on global initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting experience in hyper-growth tech companies, including at least one startup
• Experience in global environment, collaborating with international teams
• Proven track record hiring diverse roles, including technical and member care.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, data mindset, and AI/modern recruiting tech experience.
• People-first mindset, commitment to candidate experience, adaptability in fast-paced environment.
