TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; must be based in or near San Diego, CA, or located in Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Chicago, IL, Cincinnati, OH, or Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 a year

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open full-time, part-time, and contract roles across the agency collective.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop role descriptions, intake briefs, and interview loops.
  • Proactively source niche talent in creative (UX/CX, UI, Copy), performance media, digital strategy, and engineering.
  • Maintain process integrity by upholding hiring standards and navigating internal approval layers (COO/CFO/Founders).
  • Build and maintain a Contractor Bench with pre-negotiated rates and manage third-party staffing vendor relationships.
  • Optimize the recruiting stack (Lever, ADP TotalSource) to improve data flow and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of filling niche or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever strongly preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for aligning distributed teams across geographies.
  • Strong organizational skills and a bias toward systematizing repeatable workflows.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify and I-9 compliance required).

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for creative, media, or digital engineering roles within an agency environment.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, multi-entity, or scaling organization.
  • Familiarity with ADP TotalSource HRIS.
  • Proven track record of improving recruiting workflows.
