Location: Hybrid (New York City office)

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies and social media outreach to build talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders and People Business Partners to identify hiring needs and anticipate challenges.
• Drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives at every stage of the hiring process.
• Manage the offer and negotiation process effectively and in a timely manner.
• Maintain ATS data integrity to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
• Proven ability to negotiate, sell, and close candidates.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including X-ray and Boolean search strings.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office.
