What you will do

• Provide technical project support using BOMs, DVP&Rs, DFA/DFM, and FMEAs.
• Support industrialization engineering and manufacturing trials for pre-series product builds.
• Resolve serial production issues and implement cost reduction programs.
• Interface with customers and suppliers during technical contract reviews.
• Lead product quality improvement activities and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain adherence to documented procedures and standardized work forms.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (B.S. ME preferred; Master's degree a plus).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and GD&T.
• Knowledge of TS-16949/IATF-16949 requirements.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Solid time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with heat exchanger design and development.
