What you will do

• Provide production-related expertise during concept and development phases for electronic assembling projects.
• Participate in process and product FMEA.
• Coordinate initial sampling and manufacture sample parts.
• Document manufacturing parameters and define processing windows.
• Execute Simultaneous Engineering Process (SEP) activities to prepare for series production.
• Manage the transfer of tools to series production to ensure a problem-free process.

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field or specialized training in Electronic Production.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in backend or assembly technology.
• Good knowledge of English is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Availability for on-call support (remote or on-site).

Nice to have

• Experience with KUKA, ABB, or EPSON robotics.
• Knowledge of operating AKE, WIESSER, or IMATEC equipment.
