What you will do

• Oversee process technology development for new product generations and technology roadmaps.
• Provide manufacturing input in the PDLM process, focusing on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMAT).
• Define and implement manufacturing requirements based on R&D specifications and test requirements.
• Manage PDLM-driven design changes in factories and with suppliers to ensure successful implementation.
• Establish inspection and test criteria for components and assemblies.
• Execute Capex optimization for initial investments and apply lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Academic background: bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, mechanics, industrial engineering, or mechatronics.
• Experience in design transfer and manufacturing transfer projects.
• Proficiency with FMEA, 8D, SPC, A3, and lean manufacturing.
• Preferably experience with process validation (pMap, pFMEA, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
