What you will do

• Manage consulting projects and provide mentoring, coaching, and oversight to a team of 3-5 employees.
• Drive business development by directly selling new accounts and supporting organic sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Analyze market trends, business models, and product strategies to support commercialization and product launches.
• Develop strategic insights, white papers, and industry reports to drive innovation for clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree like MBA, PhD, or MSc preferred).
• 6-8 years of experience in management consulting or life sciences strategy roles.
• Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical and life science industries.
• Proven leadership, project management, and scope direction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
