What you will do
- Act as the post-sales technical lead for assigned customer workloads running on Snowflake.
- Develop, manage, and implement strategies for efficient workload consumption.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify and recommend strategies that help customers achieve business goals.
- Provide expert technical advice for production workloads and complex use cases within large organizations.
- Manage and resolve complex technical escalations with senior customer executives.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customers access to new features and platform upgrades.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA, USA.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise customer relationships as a Technical Lead or TAM.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Expertise in database management, data engineering, and data science.
Nice to have
- Firsthand experience with Snowflake products.
- Cloud Certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Certification.
