What you will do

• Serve as the single point of coordination for releases across multiple scrum teams.
• Manage change requests from initiation to closure, including leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews.
• Conduct release readiness assessments and lead go/no-go decision meetings.
• Orchestrate deployment activities during scheduled evening release windows.
• Identify bottlenecks in the CI/CD pipeline and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a risk register for all upcoming releases and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing releases in a software engineering or IT service delivery organization.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS).
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks (Release and Change Management).
• Superior ability to assess complex technical architectures and drive rapid issue resolution under pressure.
