Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own a product area end to end, including service health, quality, reliability, and customer experience.
• Lead large cross-team projects from architecture through delivery and make principled technical trade-offs.
• Build and scale full-stack experiences using Go, React, and Java, including agentic AI-enabled development.
• Partner with product management and design to define and deliver effective customer experiences.
• Shape product vision, multi-quarter planning, and systemic solutions for future customer needs.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including significant full-stack development and responsive design.
• Experience leading large or highly complex projects spanning multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture, API design, security, performance, and scale.
• Technical leadership skills, including decision-making under ambiguity and proactive problem solving.
• Experience mentoring senior and junior engineers and developing technical expertise in others.
• Strong written, verbal, and technical communication across engineering, product, and design.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping mobile experiences leveraging AI.
• Knowledge of data development tools, data infrastructure, or machine learning.
