Salary: $120,100–$213,000 USD per year, depending on U.S. pay zone, location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Use AI tools to prototype, build, and improve internal People Team tools.
• Partner with People leaders across operations, performance, compensation, talent, and executive communications to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Simplify processes before automating them and create intuitive workflows.
• Collaborate with technical, data, and People systems teams on reliable, scalable integrations.
• Use data and feedback to measure outcomes and improve automation products.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and impact to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience improving processes or operating models, ideally in People, HR operations, or another internal-services function.
• Proficiency with AI tools for building and testing software.
• Experience building automation, tools, dashboards, or software.
• Technical fluency across data, systems, and integrations, with familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
• Strong UX and design instincts, with the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into practical solutions.
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence decisions and explain tradeoffs.
