What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end content production pipeline for strategic events using AI-powered tools to track sessions and assets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external speakers, coordinating deadlines, reviews, and approvals.
- Maintain and update speaker portals, event content catalogs, and website content across platforms.
- Lead cross-functional content reviews with Product Marketing, Legal, and Corporate Marketing stakeholders.
- Repurpose event content into reusable formats for webinars and digital follow-ons using AI to scale personalization.
- Partner with agency and AV production teams to ensure assets meet technical and brand specifications.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in event operations, content operations, or marketing program execution in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Experience automating workflows with AI and using project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solution-focused approach.
- Experience working in-house at a large technology company or within an event marketing agency.
- Familiarity with event CMS platforms such as RainFocus, Cvent, or similar systems.
