What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy to drive measurable business results.
• Develop messaging that articulates how the application serves complex enterprise needs and creates value for CIOs.
• Drive high-impact product launches ranging from flagship releases to incremental feature updates.
• Equip Sales teams with strategic enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, and customer success stories.
• Act as the connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure continuous product-market fit.
• Leverage performance data and customer feedback to refine positioning within the ITSM/ESM space.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in product marketing within B2B tech.
• Deep expertise in service management (ITSM/ESM) or AI-powered products.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for executive audiences.
• Proven track record of aligning product roadmaps with market needs and customer pain points.
• Based in San Francisco for a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office).
