Senior Product Manager, AI Innovations - Agent Assist

Location: United States. Fully remote outside a 30-mile radius of a hirify.global office; hybrid within the radius, requiring three office days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

US base salary: $90,000–$250,300 annually, plus potential annual performance bonus, stock, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define the roadmap and strategic direction for the Agent Assist AI product portfolio.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch and continuous iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design on data environments, AI/ML parameters, and technical and user experience trade-offs.
• Engage clients and Go-To-Market teams in feedback gathering, beta testing, and product adoption.
• Evaluate product performance, prioritize resources, and use KPIs to improve user adoption and product efficacy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in SaaS product management.
• Proven Product Management experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions.
• Required contact center industry expertise and direct experience building and shipping AI-driven products.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of ML product development, including data collection, model-training trade-offs, analytics, latency, optimization, and accuracy.
• Ability to operate autonomously, make strategic decisions, and work directly with clients.
