Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote for candidates outside 50 miles of San Ramon; Hybrid (3 days/week in office) for candidates within 50 miles of San Ramon.

Salary: $90,000 - $250,300 USD

What you will do

• Define the product roadmap and strategic direction for AI innovations within the Agent Assist portfolio.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept through market launch and continuous iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design to navigate complex data environments and optimize AI/ML parameters.
• Collaborate with clients and Go-To-Market teams to gather insights and facilitate beta testing.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and leverage KPIs to track user adoption and product efficacy.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.
• 4+ years of professional experience in SaaS product management.
• Essential background in the Contact Center industry.
• Direct experience building and shipping AI-driven products.
• Deep understanding of the ML-driven product development lifecycle, including data collection and model training tradeoffs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
