What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain datasets, metrics, and dashboards to track subscriber behavior and engagement.
• Develop queries and visualizations for standardized reporting on acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics.
• Automate and simplify self-service reporting processes for Product, Content, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Apply statistical rigor to identify performance gaps and opportunities across the subscriber lifecycle.
• Integrate Generative AI and agentic workflows into data pipelines and analytical reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience analyzing data using Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL.
• Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau, QuickSight, or PowerBI.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and context engineering.
• Strong statistical skills including t-test and Chi-squared analysis.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or advanced technical degree.
• Demonstrated experience building agentic AI workflows for data modeling or metric generation.
