Salary: $102,000 - $155,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics workflows, including defining success metrics and building scalable data models.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the developer and analytics lifecycle to drive measurable impact.
• Build and maintain foundations for testing, alerting, and documentation to ensure data reliability.
• Organize key business metrics to improve alignment and discoverability across teams.
• Contribute to shared tooling, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the analytics community.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an analytically-driven role (analytics, consulting, or finance).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably with Snowflake.
• Experience with analytics development tools such as Git, Sigma, DBT, Claude Code, and Cursor.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field like statistics, math, finance, or economics.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing.
