Salary: $115,000–$145,000 + bonus + benefits.

What you will do

• Provide real-time analysis of loan portfolios and originations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Detect quality breakdowns in credit and underwriting systems to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement multivariate statistical and predictive models to answer key business questions.
• Analyze sales and digital application funnels to drive originations.
• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations to summarize findings and propose business improvements.
• Drive proposals through to implementation, ensuring measurable business results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, quantitative business analysis, or statistical analysis (or Master’s/MBA with 2+ years).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Scientific field, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with regression analysis, decision trees, and hypothesis testing.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No H1-B or STEM-OPT sponsorship available).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to VP-level executives.

• Prior experience in business analysis or consulting.
