What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global, cross-functional team of analysts across San Francisco, Chicago, and Warsaw.
• Drive analytics strategy for acquisition efficiency and spend optimization for both PLG and SLG motions.
• Own the business logic and metric definitions layer to ensure canonical metrics are governed and trusted.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Infra to implement and drive adoption of AI-powered self-serve capabilities.
• Champion the use of agentic AI and emerging data technologies to accelerate analytical depth and speed.
• Influence the Executive Leadership Team to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 6 years in a dedicated people leadership role.
• Expert-level SQL and hands-on experience with Databricks (Unity Catalog, AI/BI Genie) or equivalent modern data platforms.
• Proven track record of deploying AI-powered analytics capabilities in production.
• Deep understanding of semantic layers, governed metric definitions, and data quality standards.
• Experience managing international teams through transitions to AI-augmented operating models.
• Must be based in San Francisco to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
