What you will do

• Act as the primary owner for assigned strategic accounts, managing onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives to ensure alignment on technical and business objectives.
• Lead implementation projects, deliver product demos, and build workflows and reports to support adoption.
• Perform technical tasks including API integrations, SQL queries, and Python scripting.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering teams to represent the customer voice in roadmap discussions.
• Partner with account teams to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering within SaaS or fintech.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Fluent communication skills in Tagalog and English.
• Technical proficiency in API integrations, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with fraud management, risk decisioning, AML, or compliance domains.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI/ML SaaS products.
