What you will do

• Act as the primary delivery owner for DACH clients, managing prioritization and senior client communications.
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery performance, risk management, and KPI achievement across regional projects.
• Oversee delivery-related commercial outcomes, including margin protection and cost control.
• Lead and manage the regional delivery team, focusing on performance management, training, and compliance.
• Plan regional capacity and resource allocation while contributing to global delivery standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams within a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated responsibility for end-to-end service delivery in a regional or market setup.
• Strong commercial understanding with experience in cost control and margin awareness.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across sales, architecture, and operations.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Dusseldorf.
