What you will do
- Lead cross-functional analyses spanning software, payments, capital, and hardware revenue streams to support executive decisions.
- Serve as the senior FP&A point of contact for the Data Office, managing the integrity of finance-critical metrics.
- Translate business variances, structural shifts, and trends into clear narratives for senior finance leadership.
- Develop and evolve forecasting methodologies and frameworks to identify sources of variance and improve accuracy.
- Integrate AI tools, LLMs, and automation into analytical workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally within multi-product SaaS or payments.
- Deep fluency in SaaS metrics including NRR, ARPU, churn, LTV/CAC, and Rule of 40.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with SQL.
- Experience utilizing EPM platforms such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership through executive-facing analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field.

- CPA or CFA designation.
