Location: Must be based in the US or Canada

Compensation: $300,000 – $500,000 (Total cash compensation)

What you will do

• Build and nurture a book of business, growing buyer tax credit appetite to achieve scale.
• Generate new leads through networking, conferences, and creative outreach.
• Cultivate partnerships with senior leaders at corporate buyers, family offices, and banks.
• Educate buyers on the hirify.global platform and its role in tax credit transactions.
• Facilitate the transaction lifecycle and develop custom strategies to meet buyer needs.
• Collaborate with product teams to inform development using user insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in selling tax-related financial products or advising on tax credit accounting.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in renewable tax credits.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong skills in cold outreach, public speaking, and relationship building.
• FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain them).
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
