What you will do

  • Manage and expand relationships across a book of key clients, targeting 135% net retention.
  • Demonstrate new features and products from the hirify.global platform.
  • Develop pricing strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Engage with senior decision makers to identify future business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant account management experience in Capital Markets, B2B Sales, or Business Development
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and relationships in buy-side, sell-side, and advisory communities.
  • Track record managing and growing enterprise clients with min $1m+ book of business.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player able to work independently.

  • Existing relationships/network within the Leveraged Finance community.
