What you will do
- Manage and expand relationships across a book of key clients, targeting 135% net retention.
- Demonstrate new features and products from the platform.
- Develop pricing strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Engage with senior decision makers to identify future business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
- Attend relevant industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant account management experience in Capital Markets, B2B Sales, or Business Development
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and relationships in buy-side, sell-side, and advisory communities.
- Track record managing and growing enterprise clients with min $1m+ book of business.
- Ability to plan, prioritize tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player able to work independently.
