Salary: $180,000 – $280,000 Base + Performance-Based Commission

What you will do
- Lead US commercial growth and execute strategic market expansion.
- Shape and implement the GTM strategy within a rapidly scaling global payments platform.
- Scale the US sales organization from early growth to significant revenue scale.
- Deliver multi-million dollar annual targets.
- Leverage and expand a network across US fintechs, banks, and enterprise technology platforms.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in US payments, FX, fintech infrastructure, or cross-border payments.
- Proven success in scaling sales organizations to deliver multi-million dollar targets.
- Technical fluency in payment APIs, platform integrations, stablecoins, and digital assets.
- Strong knowledge of US regulatory frameworks.
- Established professional network within the US fintech and banking ecosystem.
- Must be based in the USA
