What you will do

• Analyze and mitigate complex contractual and operational risks for service offerings including project and property management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements using software and AI tools.
• Provide business-minded legal counsel and implement internal training programs and operational policies.
• Direct pre-litigation strategy, pursue early dispute resolution, and manage active litigation.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to optimize risk management strategies.
• Research and monitor legal issues, legislation, and court decisions affecting the real estate industry.

Requirements

• JD (Law Degree) and Bachelor's Degree.
• Licensed in good standing with at least one US state.
• At least 3 years of experience representing U.S. companies in broad-based commercial law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to adopt and leverage software and AI tools for legal drafting.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
