Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including hardware, software, professional services, and vendor agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counter-parties.
• Manage and respond to contractual disputes and oversee outside counsel.
• Propose and develop tools to improve contractual processes and documentation.
• Train and manage lawyers within the organization.
• Assess and minimize sources of risk with appropriate escalations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active member in good standing of a state bar.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in corporate law, in-house counsel, or within a contracts group.
• Expertise in drafting technology-focused commercial contracts.
