Salary: $177,000–$237,000 base + discretionary bonus, equity, comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Provide legal and strategic guidance across all phases of large-scale data center development, from site selection and land acquisition to construction and operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate and construction agreements including purchase/sale, development, construction management, and design/engineering contracts.
• Partner with Development, Construction, Design, Operations, Power, Finance, and Government Affairs teams to execute infrastructure growth.
• Advise on zoning, entitlements, permitting, environmental reviews, and regulatory matters for development projects.
• Structure and execute complex real estate, development, and financing transactions.
• Manage relationships with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, government entities, and external counsel.
• Translate legal/business issues into actionable guidance for stakeholders and leadership; develop scalable legal processes.

Requirements

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; must be U.S. person for export controls.
• 12+ years relevant experience in complex commercial real estate development, construction, structuring (JVs), and financing.
• Experience leading ground-up development projects from acquisition to delivery.
• Demonstrated drafting/negotiating of purchase/sale, development, construction management, GC/subcontractor, and design/engineering agreements.
• Experience with architects, engineers, contractors, developers, government entities; site due diligence, permitting, regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives; strong judgment, communication, executive presence in fast-paced environment.
