Salary: $230,000 – $270,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional program team (Research, Clinical, Regulatory, Ops Tech, Commercial) to execute program strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
• Act as the primary contact for the program, owning and communicating strategy, scope, deliverables, timelines, and key risks.
• Facilitate program execution from Pre-IND planning through BLA/MAA approvals using project management tools.
• Develop and present analyses and recommendations to senior management to facilitate governance decision-making.
• Prepare detailed integrated development plans to maximize program value and ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.
• Manage program team operations, including agendas, scheduling, and tracking critical action items.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field (or relevant experience).
• At least 12 years of project management experience in the biotechnology industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Cell therapy experience strongly preferred.
