What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to guide customers through the pre-sales journey.
• Develop customized technical solutions and translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Lead impactful demos and Proof of Value (PoV) processes to showcase the platform's capabilities.
• Handle security questionnaires and provide cross-functional feedback to improve the product experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI-powered development tools and industry trends.
• Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• 2+ years of experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency with software development tools, platforms, and the command line.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically GitHub Actions.
