What you will do

• Architect solutions and deliver deep-dive demos and proofs-of-concept for the most strategic deals.
• Mentor and enable field Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap based on field observations.
• Lead workshops and executive meetings for customers and prospects.
• Represent the company at virtual webinars, summits, and physical industry conferences.
• Assist with responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, consulting, or business development.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and CI/CD pipelines/DevOps.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning capabilities for Agentic automation in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to educate customers.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with hirify.global or a background in software testing.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
