What you will do

  • Acquire new customers and drive revenue within the Canadian market as an individual contributor.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional networking, cold-calling, and regional events.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Develop and present strategic business plans during quarterly reviews.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting within SFDC.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of outside enterprise Contact Center software or CRM sales experience.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
  • Must be located in the Quebec province, Canada.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and experience selling at the C-level.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapid-change environment.

Nice to have

  • Contact Center Software Sales experience in the under 1,000-seat market.
  • Existing knowledge of the assigned territory or accounts.
