What you will do

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of 5-7 Solution Engineers across the Americas region.
• Partner with Americas Sales Leadership to align SE strategy and resourcing across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
• Drive discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and navigate complex technical evaluations for strategic deals.
• Design and own the Americas SE engagement model, from qualification through proof of concept to handoff.
• Translate prospect feedback, feature gaps, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights for the Product team.
• Define and track KPIs to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement within the SE function.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Technology, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, Jira, Swagger Editor, and Postman.
• Experience with data warehousing and BI tools such as Databricks, BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau.
• Expertise using Salesforce and Hubspot CRM.
• Strong aptitude for using AI tools to automate workflows and increase impact.
