Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Designing and building AI-driven automations and integration patterns for strategic customers to increase Sales Engineering leverage with an accent on workflow engineering and data visibility. Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year (+Commission)

What you will do

• Design and maintain AI-powered automations for SE workflows, including call recaps, POV helpers, and RFP accelerators.
• Partner with strategic customer technical teams to implement complex automation and integration patterns.
• Define and maintain core data models linking opportunities, SE engagements, and deal outcomes.
• Build and maintain standard dashboards for SE performance and win/loss insights.
• Create playbooks, demos, and enablement materials for Sales and SE teams.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on recurring field needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience designing API integrations, data workflows, or business process automations in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting, APIs, and structured data analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows and implementation plans.
• AI fluency and experience using AI tools to automate workflows and synthesize information.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US-specific benefits)

Nice to have

• Experience with restaurant, hospitality, payroll, POS, or ERP workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and BI tools.
• Experience in enterprise or strategic account environments.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global product ecosystem.
