What you will do

• Design, build, and improve automated workflows using Clay, n8n, Zapier, and custom APIs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Engineer AI-powered GTM layers like call grading, AI-generated decks, MEDDPICC agents, and pipeline enrichment with LLMs and APIs.
• Identify inefficiencies and own end-to-end solutions from requirements to deployment and iteration.
• Build signal-based automation for real-time GTM data routing.
• Develop retrieval systems with semantic search, embeddings, and enrichment for actionable intelligence.
• Partner with GTM leaders to translate needs into scalable automations and measure impact.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in GTM operations, revenue operations, sales/marketing automation in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
• Hands-on with automated, data-driven workflows creating efficiency or revenue gains
• Experience applying AI to GTM: LLMs, prompt engineering, conversation intelligence, OpenAI APIs
• Proficiency in Clay, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Nooks or similar
• SQL, JavaScript/Python scripting; API design, event-driven architecture, webhooks
• Data modeling, enrichment, real-time processing; B2B sales cycles, ICP, funnel dynamics
• CRM like Salesforce; team-oriented with values of Clarity, Care, Candor
