What you will do

• Embed with enterprise clients to map workflows, define success metrics, and de-risk constraints.
• Design, prototype, and productionize custom AI workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using hirify.global APIs and a modern technical stack.
• Collaborate directly with client technical teams to troubleshoot and optimize deployments in real-time.
• Translate experimental R&D into stable, production-grade code that informs platform features.
• Surface recurring patterns from the field to sharpen the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack fundamentals and deep comfort with RESTful APIs and systems integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including retrieval, agents, and prompt safety.
• Experience in client-facing roles, scoping ambiguous problems and iterating based on real-world feedback.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites.
