Salary: $135,000 – $160,000 base (OTE $169,000 – $200,000) + Equity

What you will do

• Own the technical process for building pilots, proof-of-concepts, and tailored demos, including environment setup and seed data.
• Expand the suite of standardized environments with new end-to-end demos, call flows, and industry-specific personas.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and consistency of demo environments and resolve blocking issues.
• Develop integrations, automations, and tools via CCaaS/CRM connectors, AI skills, and custom interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide technical enablement and capture presales feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in demo engineering, solutions architecture, or implementation engineering.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication patterns, Git, and relational data.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash/Shell.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with CCaaS platforms (Twilio, Amazon Connect, Five9) and CRM systems (SFDC).
• Experience with AI-native workflows, including Claude, Cursor, agents, and MCP connectors.
• Prior experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise AI platforms.
