Salary: $148,000 – $216,500 USD (US) / $171,500 – $201,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Embed within business functions (Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, Revenue) to identify and automate high-impact workflows.
• Design, build, and ship production-ready agentic workflows using the company's AI platform stack.
• Configure and deploy the End User Workbench tailored to the specific operational needs of each department.
• Evaluate AI-native vendor solutions to provide honest build-vs-buy recommendations.
• Mentor non-technical teams on how to scope, build, and maintain their own AI agent workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Security to ensure strict data boundaries for sensitive user and family data.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping production LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, or automation pipelines.
• Strong engineering execution combined with product management instincts to translate non-technical needs into buildable solutions.
• Ability to build trust and manage organizational change with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Experience handling sensitive data (location, relationships) with a security-first mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Tray.
• Domain expertise in legal, financial, HR, or revenue operations.
• Background in developing internal AI tooling or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in technology adoption and change management for non-technical teams.
