TL;DR

Strategic Business Development Director (SaaS/MarTech): Managing high-value platform sales and developing go-to-market strategies to integrate hirify.global into major MarTech, AdTech, and data platforms with an accent on complex, multi-quarter deal cycles and C-suite negotiations. Focus on building strategic partnerships with global platforms and translating technical capabilities into business value.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States

Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue and KPI delivery for strategic platform sales across designated industry categories globally.
  • Lead complex, high-value deal pursuits from initial conversation through negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies in close partnership with leadership, product, and commercial teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships within major Cloud, MarTech, and AdTech platforms to position the company as a strategic partner.
  • Conduct business reviews, providing market insights and forward-looking planning for internal leadership.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across sales and business development programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of mid-market or enterprise SaaS experience with demonstrated outcomes in strategic sales and partnerships.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of and established network within AdTech, MarTech, Media, and Data ecosystems.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally as the role demands.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows as a force multiplier.
