What you will do

• Coordinate project workstreams including productivity, qualification, training, crowd communications, and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish quality benchmarks and de-risk client relationships by delivering high-quality annotation during POC and pilot phases.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to validate operational assumptions, including time-per-task and quality requirements.
• Analyze datasets to surface patterns and insights that inform automation strategies and client consultancy.
• Act as the AI expert point of contact during client meetings, workshops, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Manage version control and change communication protocols to keep distributed contributor teams informed of guideline updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating data annotation, content evaluation, or AI training data projects.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles, QA methodologies, and annotation workflows within GenAI domains.
• Ability to create clear contributor-facing documentation, including guidelines, FAQs, and cheatsheets.
• Experience supporting pilot or POC phases and validating operational assumptions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable process improvements.
• Must be based in the United States.
