Location: Must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

Salary: $56,800–$89,500

• Develop programming code for new and existing software enhancements.
• Create conversion and system implementation plans and implement fixes into existing software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and test code to ensure high quality.
• Provide programming support for various interfaces and create technical documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and keep them informed of enhancements.
• Mentor and train less experienced co-workers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional or educational programming/technical support experience.
• Experience programming with any version of RPG.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship (H-1B, STEM OPT, etc.).

Nice to have

• IBMi development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of applicable Change Management Systems.
