Location: Remote or Hybrid (East Coast preference). Must be based in the US and able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Salary: $100,000 – $190,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems within a product area.
• Contribute to the evolution of technical architecture and organizational engineering patterns.
• Build and optimize continuous delivery pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability.
• Partner with product and design peers to translate business objectives into actionable technical work.
• Scope, estimate, and deliver medium-to-large initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages with deep expertise in at least one domain.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and distributed systems.
• Experience designing APIs and cloud-based services.
• Proven ability to balance tradeoffs between cost, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the US and work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
