What you will do

• Oversee and deploy compliant processes for title management.
• Manage vendor relationships with title management partners.
• Develop effectiveness reporting and monitor the Title team's performance.
• Handle dealer escalations to mitigate risk and facilitate buybacks.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure policies and procedures are correct.
• Lead team development through coaching, training, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of auto finance experience, specifically in Titles management.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based tools.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irving, Texas.
