Legal Analyst

TL;DR

Legal Analyst (Debt Markets): Providing quality assurance on attorney-prepared reports and collecting data on key features of leveraged loans and high yield bonds with an accent on legal terms and covenant databases. Focus on communicating with clients, using proprietary technology to expand databases, and tracking inquiry statuses.

Location: Belfast (Hybrid). You will work a rotational shift pattern, alternating between an EU shift (9 AM – 6 PM UK time) and a US shift (1 PM – 10 PM UK time).

What you will do

• Prove quality assurance checks on reports prepared by attorneys.
• Collect data on key features of leveraged loans and high yield bonds.
• Communicate with clients via emails in response to inquiries.
• Use hirify.global’s proprietary technology to build and expand the covenant database.
• Log and track the status of client inquiries.
