What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of designers through coaching, feedback, and career investment.
• Drive experience transformation by consolidating and reimagining Bentley's buying experiences.
• Define and track key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and user confidence, connecting design decisions to outcomes.
• Own both discovery and delivery processes, ensuring deep problem understanding and high-quality output.
• Raise the bar for design quality across UX, UI, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Build a culture of experimentation, making testing and learning a normal part of the team's workflow.

Requirements

• 8+ years in UX, UI, or Product Design, with 3+ years managing or leading designers.
• Experience leading transformation-scale design work and bringing cross-functional teams together.
• Strong track record contributing to digital buying or growth experiences.
• A genuine people leader who invests in their team's growth and holds high standards.
• Strong facilitation skills to create alignment across functions.
• Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe CC) and curiosity about AI's impact on design.
