What you will do

• Lead design initiatives for software modules and broader UX projects.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define user stories and roadmap requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, functional design concepts.
• Prototype software solutions and document storyboards for cross-departmental communication.
• Analyze and optimize existing product UX to enhance functionality and usability.
• Deliver accurate UI specifications and high-fidelity prototypes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design for web or consumer-facing applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Lovable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and sell design concepts to leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or Interaction Design.
• Knowledge of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) technology space.
