TL;DR
Major Solution Architect (Observability/Security): Collaborate on complex technical sales cycles and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations that translate observability and security value into customer solutions. Focus on sizing, discovery, Proof of Concepts, and building tailored integrations with an accent on Kubernetes/AWS/Azure/GCP and observability tooling (logs, metrics, traces, SIEM, OpenTelemetry).
Location: Fully remote, candidates must be located within the US Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT)
Salary: $220,000–$250,000

What you will do
- Partner with account executives to strategize, prepare, and execute complex technical sales cycles.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demos for different customer personas, from engineers/DevOps to C-suite.
- Own the technical side of the sales process, including sizing, discovery, and Proof of Concepts.
- Develop custom solutions and integration approaches to close gaps and enhance core product offerings.
- Advise customers on observability and security best practices and recommend appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- US Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) required for fully remote work.
- Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience (pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical architecture).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to run technical integrations and conduct Proof of Concepts.
- Proficiency in coding with Java, Go, or Python.
- Solid understanding of monitoring/observability, log management, and SIEM.
Nice to have
- Engineering/DevOps background.
- Experience in technical sales for log analytics, monitoring, APM, RUM, or SIEM.
